Favourite Asked Questions (FAQ)

Welcome to Freelance Drafting. Below are some of the FAQs that might help you with your queries. If your query is not listed or unanswered, you may mail us at freelance.drafting@yahoo.com.sg

Q1: How long do you take to complete a specific order?
A1: It depends. Usually we can finish doing M&E design an office space (2000+sqm) provided with the layout plan within 3days. It is really case by case basis. Updating of drawing could be done within 1-2days. For more detailed duration of work, you may query us during the offer.

Q2: What are your charges?
A2: It depends. The price varies from as simple as updating of as-built drawing to creating the plan from sketches. It also varies with the scale of order. For more details, please refer to Payment.

Q3: What is the term of payment?
A3: 30% downpayment and 70% upon satisfactory result. Currently all payment can only be made through cash. For more details, please refer to Payment.

Q4: Do you include the CAD file in the package?
A4: Yes, however, the CAD file will only be sent after the complete payment. You will only receive the PDF file until then. For more details, please refer to our Terms & Condition.

Q5: How do we get our drawings?
A5: The drawings will be issued in PDF format (during confirmation) and CAD format (upon completion of full payment). If you require hard copy printing, please refer to Payment for more detail. We regret that there will not be delivery of hard copy drawing unless otherwise stated/agreed. Method of collection will be confirmed in the order.

Q6: Do you provide services out of Singapore?
A6: At the moment, no. We will update this soon.
