Delivery
We regret that there will not be any delivery of hardcopy drawings unless agreed or stated otherwise. Details of the delivery will be discussed during the confirmation of orders. Please refer to Payment for more information.


How to make orders
1) Emails correspondence shall be adopted with the below information provided to us
-Name: (Please let us know how do we address you.)
-Category: (Please refer to Services section for the category.)
-Date of Commencement: (Your estimated, preferred or required date of commencement.)
-Date of Completion: (Your estimated, preferred or required date of completion.)
-Budget: (What is your budget for this service?)
-Contact: (Please leave down your contact number.)
-Details: (More details of the service you need.)

Example
-Name: Johnny
-Category: M&E Design + Convert anything to CAD
-Date of Commencement: Within 2 weeks
-Date of Completion: Before end of the month!
-Budget: Around $1000
-Contact: +65 98765432
-Details: I just gotten my house, can you please help me to convert this brochure (attached) to CAD file and help us to do some simple design? Basically I want the house to be simple & clean. As energy saving as possible. Please call me at the above number when you have read this email. Thanks!

2) A response will be given within 1-2 working day(s) via email and phone call (unless stated otherwise).

3) Based on the response, if you feel that our offer is satisfying, you may contact us as per instructed in the email.
