Welcome to Freelance Drafting. It is important to understand the Terms & Conditions before making any order. We hope that the information provided below can make your experience with us more desirable.
1) All the pictures, drawings and links used from Freelance Drafting must be credited.
2) There is strictly no cancellation of any confirmed order. The downpayment will be forfeited in such event.
3) Freelance Drafting will not be held liable for the accuracy of the final product. The consumer shall check the accuracy of the product prior to closing the order or making the full payment.
4) An order is deemed 'CLOSED' upon receiving the full payment. The consumer is to ensure all the required details are captured before closing the order, any major details/comments/changes added to a closed order might be chargeable.
5) After closing an order, a copy of the illustration will be given to the consumer. If the consumer decided to have them printed out in copies, additional charges shall apply. Please refer to Payment for more details.
Terminology
This section explains the terms used in Freelance Drafting.
'We' refers to Freelance Drafting and it's administrators.
'Consumer' refers to the person who is purchasing/purchased any services from us.
'Order' refers to the service that is engaging/engaged by the consumer.
'Illustration' refers to any kind of visualisation such as hardcopy prints or softcopy PDF.
